I was born in Genova, Italy and raised in San Jose California. I have travelled extensively and have varied interests. I studied languages and started my career as a Simultaneous Interpreter which gave me the opportunity to travel for work. I have always nurtured an interest in different cultures; their literature, art, music, traditions, and of course, their languages

I fell in love with Rome and its history, archaeology, and art and how it influenced much of today’s judicial, architectural, commercial, culinary, and religious traditions. I enjoy museums, music and dance, and partaking in sporting events like hiking, boating, biking, and deep-sea diving. I learned that Italy is a world of different micro-cultures from one region to the next, and is a fun, happy sun-shining country with great food and gelato
